This is a 1 year contract working in a hybrid model for a Not for Profit organization. This position provides leadership to the financial/accounting, information technology and administration functions of the agency, and is responsible for ensuring these functions are carried efficiently, effectively and accurately. This position ensures that the agency meets all standards, laws and policies governing administration, Information Technology and accounting practices. This position develops and uses tools and systems to assess organizational performance and promote efficiencies. The Director oversees financial planning, including annual budgets and investments, IT functions and property management. The Director provides critical financial and operational information to the CEO and the Board of Directors and makes actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.

- CPA CA/CGA/CMA accounting designation
- 10 years of progressive financial accounting, auditing and budgeting experience
- Preferred leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector as a Director Finance lead
- 10 years of proven supervisory experience
- Proficient in ACCPAC Windows, Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills
- Superior analytical, problem-solving and resolution skills
