One of our Government clients is looking for Data Entry Clerks (Service Now is a definite asset)
Length: 2 weeks + Contract with the possibility of extension
Location: Hamilton, ON - ONSITE
Pay Rate: $18.00/ Hour
OVERVIEW:
Client is a community of 15,000 staff, physicians, researchers, and volunteers that proudly serves southwestern Ontario residents. We also provide specialized, advanced care to people from across the province.
ROLE:
We are implementing a new IT Support Ticket Solution and require data entry clerks to review each existing open ticket on the current (Assyst) system screen and recreate a new open ticket in the new (ServiceNow) system screen.
