Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $65K (depending on experience)
Schedule: 35 hours per week + 1 Saturday every 2 weeks

Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Supervisor of Customer Service, contributing your expertise to their vibrant team based in the thriving location of Saint-Laurent.

We would love to meet you:
- Completed DEC in Hospitality Tourism / Hotel Management / Retail Management and/or relevant years of experience in a supervisory or managerial level within retail industry
- Fluently bilingual to communicate with clients from outside the Quebec region
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory/ managerial role within the retail industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience of managing and leading a team
- Proficiency in administrative management practices, customer service principles, office policies and procedures
Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for maintaining the positive and professional image of the Center and overseeing the activities of the team by providing convenience-focused service to merchants and customers
- Supervise team to meet service goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and staff motivation
- Recruit, train, and manage Service Center employees
- Manage program tasks and budgeting
- Communicate with internal partners
- Maintain retailer relationships and gift card sales
- Monitor Service Center performance and submit reports
- Prepare evaluations and customer feedback analysis
- Maintain database and perform administrative tasks
- Foster collaboration with retail partners
- Recrute new employees when needed
