Description
TASKS :
Greet customers and suppliers at reception.
Answer incoming telephone calls.
Resolve customer inquiries by phone and email as needed (including ATRA).
Send and manage incoming requests (including website).
Obtain freight quotes and prepare freight documents for local inbound/outbound transportation (including provincial and national).
Obtain quotations from suppliers and process them in the accounting system, if necessary.
Process credit card payments.
Compile and process orders from suppliers, including tracking order status.
Communicate with customers, suppliers and third parties as required.
In collaboration with the technical department, create and update daily, weekly and monthly technical schedules.
Occasionally prepare quotations/sales offers based on customer requests.
Create or modify floor plans using automated software.
Write various reports/documents (French/English) as required.
Prepare public brochures and any other text, media and promotional material related to social media and any promotional venue according to established deadlines.
Update website as required.
Coordinate trade shows and business trips and all associated logistics.
Occasionally perform online research as required by the administration.
Order supplies (office, warehouse, etc.).
Filing, photocopying.
