The Company

Our client in the CPG industry is based in Toronto and they are looking for a Creative Resource Manager for a 2 month initial contract. The Creative Resource/Project Manager will be working 2 days in office, and 3 days work from home.


The Position

The Creative Resource/Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of creative projects within the organization. This hybrid position combines elements of resource coordination, project management, and creative oversight. They will work closely with various teams to allocate resources efficiently, manage project timelines, and maintain high-quality creative output.




Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized system for tracking available resources, including personnel, equipment, and software licenses.
- Allocate resources based on project requirements, team availability, and budget constraints.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all creative projects, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proactively resolving them to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions from stakeholders.
- Oversee digital copywriters, designers, and content creators who will be supporting on the creation of email, web, and paid social media campaigns.
- Proofread a range of assets to uphold a consistent tone of voice, including video scripts and campaign copy
- Manage creative resourcing forecasting in collaboration with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis


- 3+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, Creative Resourcing, and/or similar
- Understanding of the consumer industry in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and similar is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (ie. Wrike) and familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience reviewing and proofing documents, copywriter background ideal
