YOUR ROLE :
You will support the team with various tasks and provide advice to the firm's members.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying conflicts of interest and build ethical walls;
• Maintaining and applying compliance procedures in different situations;
• Writing various reports and documenting the firm's files;
• Analyzing information according to regulations and policies;
• Contributing to several compliance-related projects;
• Ensuring ongoing training for teams, and designing and updating procedure documents;
• Being the go-to person for employees regarding compliance programs;
• Any other related tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Bachelor's degree in administration, law or any related field;
• Relevant experience in a similar position, in a professional services firm;
• Good level of bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management;
• Precision, proactivity and analytical thinking;
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
