Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

YOUR ROLE:
As a Commercial real estate Paralegal, you will be responsible of a commercial lease portfolio.
Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include:
• Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents specific to the real estate field (commercial leases, amendments, renewals, etc.);
• Manage the commercial lease portfolio by reading, drafting, updating, reviewing and correcting information to be entered into the system;
• Ensure the accuracy of leases in the database by comparing it with original legal documents;
• Maintain and complete documentation related to commercial leases;
• Respond to tenant requests and questions;
• Communicate and maintain positive relationships with different members of the service;
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• DEC in paralegal techniques or other relevant diploma;
• Experience in commercial real estate in a similar position;
• Good level of bilingualism, spoken and written;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Organizational skills and ability to manage several files at the same time;
• Autonomy, versatility, and team spirit.
