Billing Specialist – National firm
Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking for a Billing Specialist !
Located downtown Montreal, this excellent employer promotes employee well-being and offers a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.
YOUR ROLE :
Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include:
- Billing client accounts;
- Ensuring the transmission of invoices to clients;
- Preparing and sending account statements;
- Entering received payments into the internal accounting system;
- Any other related tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Diploma in accounting, administration, or any relevant combination of experience;
- Experience in a similar role, in a professional services environment ;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written;
- Attention to detail;
- Good sense of prioritizing and organization;
- Good communication skills and customer service focus.
