One of our telecommunication clients is looking for a Bilingual (French) Marketing Manager with B2B exp.- ONSITE
Length: 6 Months Contract with a possibility of extension
Location: Downtown, Montreal, QC – ON-SITE
PROJECT DETAILS:
Our result-oriented marketing team is dedicated to creating and delivering innovative, data-driven and customer centric marketing strategies. And we have fun doing it.
Here’s what we’ll accomplish together:
In this role, you will develop and maintain a strong expertise for the products in our Provider Solutions portfolio. You communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure programs are launched to market effectively and efficiently. More specifically, you will be responsible for growing the market share of our eClaims product in the Quebec region through partnerships and for supporting events planning across our entire product portfolio.
Here’s how:
• Act as a marketing and branding advocate and contribute to a positive customer journey.
• Develop strong partnerships with key associations and organizations.
• Effectively launch adoption campaigns through partnership events, webinars, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with colleagues on best-in-class adoption and retention campaigns and events.
• Seek customer advocates and work with them to create and publish their story.
• Develop new ways to engage with users, especially those in large clinics and clinics chains.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to understand competitors, customer perception, behavior, and insights.
Here’s what YOU bring to this role:
• You are an energetic, organized individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills, in English and in French and will be able to create high quality client-facing materials to support effective communication.
• You have strong program and project management skills.
• You have an entrepreneurial mentality and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and step outside your sandbox when required, coupled with a strong bias for action.
• Your decisions and focus are informed by data and customer obsession.
• You are at ease with using marketing technology tools.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• Experience building strong relationships with partners and executing events and webinars.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• 3 -5 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2C role.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to directly manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
Nice to have skills:
• Experience in the QC healthcare industry.
• project management skillset.
• Experience with digital marketing.
