Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day AR operations, AR specialists, processes, deliverables and timelines
• Strategize optimum and timely collection activities through support, guidance, hands-on training and coverages
• Client onboarding requests, Matrix set up and oversee Customer Service
• Cash application & deposit signoffs
• Reconcile GL accounts (Bank/AR/AFDA)
• Manage Client portals
• Chargeback & Compliance administration and resolution
• Employee attendance/performance appraisal/address staff issues
• Departmental staffing needs-hiring and onboarding
• Collaborate & coordinate with various stakeholders
• Monitor shared mailboxes
• Audit assistance
• Other duties as required



REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum 5 years AR management experience
 Strong attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 Strong organizational skills
 Excellent time management skills
 Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
 Experience with credits / rebates / deductions
 Team player and works under pressure
 Knowledge of Compliance issues
 Background in Consumer Product Collections preferred
Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts receivables systems, B2B collections, Collections, Excel Formulas
