Position: Accounting Technician
Location: Boucherville
Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible

Accounting Technician Wanted! Secure a permanent position within a stable and well-established manufacturing company in Boucherville!
Offered conditions:


- Full-time permanent position
- Salary negotiable, depending on experience, from $60,000 to $75,000 per year
- Daytime work schedule Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible, finish early on Fridays!

Responsibilities:


- Perform various tasks related to monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain financial records
- Organize, update, and reconcile various accounts
- Maintain general ledgers, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts
- Prepare trial balances and financial statements
- Calculate and prepare payroll checks and invoices
- Fill out and submit government forms and documents
- Prepare income tax returns and provide bookkeeping services for individuals
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
Requirements:


- Functional bilingualism in spoken and written communication to communicate with suppliers outside Quebec
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ease of use with various systems, advanced Excel
- Accounting education, ideally collegiate, or any other relevant training
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting as an accounting technician
