As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. Financial Leadership:
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.



Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing professional development.



Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and communicate financial performance.



Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and monitor annual budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.



Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.



Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.



Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting, with a focus on financial management and leadership roles.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.



- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Spreadsheet and ERP system experience suggested

- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

- Accounts Payable (AP) experience

- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required
