Accounting Clerk (payables and receivables) – Southshore
Our client, a well-established firm, is looking for an assistant who will report directly to the accounting supervisor to manage payables and receivables accounts.
The company provides a nice working environment that supports professional growth and emphasizes work-life balance, offering a flexible workweek of either 4 or 4.5 days. Along with a competitive salary, they also offer a wide range of benefits.
YOUR ROLE :
• Processing accounts payables and receivables;
• Handling deposits and preparing invoices;
• Managing expense accounts;
• Validating and verifying account statements;
• Entering expense reports into the internal accounting system;
• Preparing deposits and bank checks;
• Welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls, as well as coordinating office supply orders;
• Any other related tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
• Relevant experience in a similar accounting and administrative position;
• Proficiency in spoken and written French and English;
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software;
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork;
• Strong interpersonal skills.
