Fluency in both French and English is required, and you must pass a fluency test. A high degree of empathy and the ability to remain calm under stress are essential for every call.
- Assist customers in the Driver Assistance Program with delivery of safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. In this role, you’ll listen carefully and evaluate each caller’s situation to provide the right solutions, from simple navigation questions to emergency situations.
Fluency in both French and English is required, and you must pass a fluency test. A high degree of empathy and the ability to remain calm under stress are essential for every call.
