Robert Half is partnering with our client in the search for an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. This executive will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership and play a central role in guiding financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and strengthening operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and internal controls
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and support long-term business planning
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Develop and monitor KPIs, financial models, and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business opportunities, manage risk, and improve profitability
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial systems, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Progressive finance leadership experience, including experience in senior-level roles
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Proven ability to support strategic planning and influence executive-level decision-making
• Experience leading teams in a complex, growth-oriented environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Strong systems proficiency, including ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills
