Technical Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of service requests by logging, updating, and monitoring tickets to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Assign field or technical resources according to urgency, availability, and service commitments while balancing daily workload demands.
• Build and revise technician schedules and service routes to accommodate priority changes, delays, and new requests throughout the day.
• Track open work orders closely, follow up on outstanding items, and confirm that service records are complete and properly documented.
• Provide clear status updates to customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to keep all parties informed of progress and next steps.
• Maintain detailed service information, including notes, task updates, and job-related records, to support operational accuracy.
• Assist with reporting activities, customer follow-ups, and the preparation of information required for invoicing and billing processes.
• Apply company service procedures and quality expectations consistently to support reliable and compliant service delivery.
• Experience coordinating service tickets, work orders, or help desk requests in a technical support or service environment.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge across desktop support, computer hardware, and service desk operations.
• Exposure to technologies such as Cisco and Citrix in a support capacity is considered an asset.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple requests, adjust schedules quickly, and maintain accuracy under changing conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to document service activity clearly and professionally.
