Become an integral part of our client's team as a Systems Analyst, a dynamic role directly reporting to the Infrastructure Technical Lead in Information Services. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a technology enthusiast with expertise in designing, supporting, and elevating their technology stack and services.

As a Systems Analyst, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of systems, servers, and application environments. Your role will include spearheading the development of new additions and changes to the server environment, ensuring consistent hardware and software maintenance, as well as overseeing OS and security patching.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, analyze, and execute changes in the network following change management control processes.
- Manage and provide support for Microsoft Active Directory, security systems, identity management tools, and storage solutions.
- Supervise physical and virtual server environments, guaranteeing maximum uptime and security.
- Monitor and uphold tools like Solarwinds and Cisco Meraki for streamlined operations.
- Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to facilitate smooth functioning.
- Construct and maintain the application delivery infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Lead projects from high-level design to delivery planning.
- Escalate issues strategically to minimize risk and ensure the success of projects.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of organizational standards.





Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Windows Server Management, virtualization, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Exhibit experience with Enterprise Hypervisors (VMware, XenServer), VXRail HCI, Citrix VDI, Microsoft Server OS, and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Backup and Recovery Tools.
- Showcase strong technical, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to new techniques and navigate rapidly changing events.
