We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to lead integrated supply chain activities in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will guide purchasing, inventory, production planning, warehousing, and distribution efforts to ensure materials and finished products move efficiently across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to improve service levels, strengthen operational performance, and support customer commitments. This position is well suited to a hands-on leader who brings strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily supply chain operations across sourcing, inventory control, production scheduling, warehouse coordination, transportation, and order shipment.

• Provide leadership to supply chain and warehouse staff by setting expectations, supporting development, and promoting a high-performance team environment.

• Make sure components, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods are available when needed to meet manufacturing targets and customer demand.

• Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, Customer Operations, and Finance to align supply chain activities with organizational priorities.

• Evaluate supplier and contract manufacturer results using service, quality, delivery, and cost measures, and address performance gaps as needed.

• Lead commercial discussions with vendors related to pricing, terms, and supply arrangements to support cost and service objectives.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and establish appropriate stock levels that balance availability with carrying costs.

• Oversee receiving, storage, material movement, system transactions, picking, packing, and fulfillment activities within the warehouse.

• Coordinate forecasting and production planning activities to ensure material readiness for ongoing business requirements.

• Manage master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including bills of material, routings, item records, and supplier information.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or a related leadership role.

• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, and shipping within a manufacturing environment.

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.

• Strong analytical ability with experience using Excel and other reporting tools to monitor performance and identify improvements.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability.

• Solid understanding of supplier management, forecasting, and inventory accuracy practices.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external partners.

• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
