Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial projects.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
