Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role combines corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, cash flow forecasting, and systems-focused projects, offering exposure to both traditional accounting and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple holding companies.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end working papers.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated cash flow forecasts and assist with treasury reporting.
• Coordinate annual audit requirements and support external auditors.
• Assist with consolidated financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries.
• Prepare financial analysis, reporting packages, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting and reporting processes.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of NetSuite, Salesforce, reporting platforms, and finance data systems.
• Assist with business intelligence, data analytics, and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or CPA candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an asset.
