We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join a contract team in Ingersoll, Ontario within the machinery manufacturing sector. In this role, you will support customs and compliance activities by reviewing product information, preparing shipment-related documentation, and maintaining accurate records in Excel-based tools. This position is well suited to someone who works independently, values precision, and is comfortable handling high-volume administrative tasks in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review finished goods bill of materials to confirm product details align with customs and compliance requirements

• Enter, transfer, and organize information within Excel workbooks and related documentation tools with a high level of accuracy

• Validate that component records include complete weight data and country of origin information before shipment processing

• Check steel content details and support the preparation of documentation required for customs reporting

• Assess supporting records to confirm internal compliance standards are met based on available system documentation

• Use Excel functions, including pivot tables, to sort, analyze, and verify large sets of product and parts data

• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information and follow up to resolve discrepancies efficient
