Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to develop automated reporting solutions, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable business insights through interactive dashboards. This is a short term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Excel reports, models, and dashboards.
• Build automated ETL processes using Power Query.
• Design interactive Power BI dashboards using data modeling and DAX.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Clean, merge, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Present insights to business stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify data anomalies and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor users on reporting best practices and Power Query capabilities.

3–5 years' experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics.

Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and large dataset management.

Strong Power Query (ETL) and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards) experience.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working with high-volume data and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
