Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries to support daily and month-end accounting activity across corporate accounts.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with month-end and period-end close activities, including reviewing financial results and resolving discrepancies.
• Produce and support financial statements and related working papers with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage account analysis and investigate variances by working through detailed records and supporting documentation.
• Use Yardi Voyager and Excel to maintain accounting data, generate reports, and streamline reconciliations.
• Support corporate accounting operations within a real estate environment, ensuring records align with internal controls and reporting needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify transactions, address issues, and keep accounting deliverables on track.
