Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Web Optimization to join their growing organization in Acheson, Alberta. This role supports the optimization of web experiences to improve customer engagement, usability, and business performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven professional with strong digital expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a focus on delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web optimization strategies that drive growth, engagement, visibility, and lead generation.
• Identify opportunities across SEO, AIO, content, website design, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Use analytics, testing, and customer insights to improve digital experiences and performance.
• Develop and manage digital project plans within an Agile environment.
• Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to align priorities and deliver digital initiatives.
• Support email marketing and lead nurturing strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Leverage AI, cloud technologies, and emerging digital practices to enhance web performance.
• Define success measures and report on business impact and optimization results.

• 5+ years of experience in web optimization, digital strategy, product management, or a related field.
• Strong digital marketing, B2B marketing, and lead generation expertise, ideally within a large organization.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform digital strategy and business decisions.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and managing cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Knowledge of SEO, AIO, AI, cloud technologies, web content management, and conversion optimization.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and operational priorities.
