Our client, a growing boutique Assurance/Public Accounting firm, is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant or Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with their private clients of various sizes with year-end Financial Statements, preparing Audit Engagements, Review Engagements, Notice to Reader compilations, Corporate/Trust/Partnership tax returns, and some Personal Tax as required.

PLEASE NOTE this firm is located SOUTH of Calgary city limits, in the Okotoks/High River area, and is working full-time in office. As such it is not accessible by public transit.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of Public Accounting/Public Practice experience supporting private clients under ASPE, with a mix Review Engagements, Notice to Reader Compilations, and Corporate/Partnership tax returns.
• Private company Audit experience would be an asset.
• CPA Canada designation in good standing is preferred - but consideration will be given to experienced candidates currently pursuing the CPA PEP program
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Start date for this position is VERY flexible for the right candidate.
