We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our clients expanding team. The Microsoft 365 Modern Work Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Modern Work solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, communication, employee experience, and security. The senior consultant works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and executive sponsors to deliver successful Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Microsoft 365 engagements from early assessment and solution planning through deployment, rollout, and adoption support.

• Advise clients on modern workplace strategies involving Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services.

• Plan and oversee complex migration initiatives, including tenant-to-tenant moves, SharePoint modernization, and enterprise content transitions.

• Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define scope, coordinate resources, and maintain delivery quality.

• Evaluate project challenges, address risks proactively, and recommend practical improvements that strengthen client results and delivery efficiency.

• Contribute to proposals, solution presentations, and other business development activities by translating client needs into clear recommendations.

• Build and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.

• Mentor entry-level team members by providing coaching, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance across project work.

• Support governance, compliance, and security initiatives using tools and practices related to Microsoft Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra ID.

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise Microsoft technology solutions in a consulting, client services, or similar client-facing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a closely related field.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and broader modern workplace capabilities.

• Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.

• Demonstrated background in SharePoint assessments, architecture reviews, migration planning, and content remediation activities.

• Practical understanding of tenant-to-tenant migration approaches, automation techniques, and PowerShell scripting for administration or deployment tasks.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences, including senior stakeholders and executives.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting.

This role is a full-time position that would require a minimum of two days in office.
