THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Client Services IT Technician to deliver exceptional technical support across client environments. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations while providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for user support (in-person, phone, and remote)
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Performing system maintenance, installations, and optimizations
• Troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity and third-party systems
• Following up with users to ensure successful issue resolution and satisfaction
• Recommending tailored IT solutions based on client needs
• Maintaining accurate ticketing and supporting billing documentation
