Position: Contracts Administrator
Location: Scarborough
Our client, a leading energy distribution company in Scarborough, has a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. You will be key in providing essential administrative support for contracts to multiple leaders and their teams, handling inquiries, invoicing, presentations, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, invoicing, and requests.
- Independently manage general inquiries and requests on behalf of leaders.
- Deliver presentations and collaborate with leaders and professionals on administrative initiatives.
- Support leaders in project management and meeting preparation.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables through stakeholder engagement.
- Administer monthly reporting, including variance analysis and expenditure allocation.
- Facilitate project initiation and closure processes.
- Maintain records and assist with departmental administration as needed.
- Coordinate activities of support staff, including temporary and student resources.
- Contribute to process improvement and system enhancements for increased efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Project Management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to new software and workflows quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated accountability, problem-solving ability, and self-motivation.
- Organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion, especially with confidential information.
