Our client, a large and rapidly growing industrial services organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys financial reporting, analysis, intercompany accounting, and process improvement in a collaborative, low-overtime environment.

With approximately $90M in annual revenue, continued growth through acquisition, and the backing of a large global parent organization, this role offers both stability and long-term career development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for a subsidiary business unit
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
• Manage complex intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve accounting issues while identifying process improvements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Participate in projects focused on improving reporting, controls, and business processes
• Partner with operational leaders and finance management across multiple entities

What We're Looking For

• CPA designation
• Strong financial reporting and month-end expertise
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
• Experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, manufacturing, mining, or related industries is considered an asset
• IFRS exposure is ideal
