Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations, support financial reporting, and help strengthen internal processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Analyze variances and account activity to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting needs
• Assist with audit preparation and coordinate requested documentation
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash activity, prepare cash reconciliations, and support cash management processes
• Provide treasury support, including tracking cash positioning, assisting with banking activity, and supporting liquidity reporting
• Identify and support process improvements across accounting workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address financial and operational questions

• Previous experience as a Senior Accountant
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA designation preferred
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and fixed assets
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
