We are currently seeking experienced Senior Accountants (Non-Designated) for upcoming opportunities with our clients across Calgary and surrounding areas. This shell posting is intended to identify accounting professionals with strong full-cycle experience who are interested in future contract and permanent opportunities across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare month-end and year-end working papers and financial reporting support
• Reconcile bank, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts
• Support AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow activities as needed
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports and support operational decision-making
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and support finance operations across the business

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to full-cycle accounting
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
