Senior Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented accounting pro looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a passionate Senior Accountant to join our growing team and support a mission that matters! You will be mentored and given the opportunity to take ownership of the accounting process for a large manufacturing company with operations in the USA & Canada.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and perform variance analyses.
• Oversee month-end reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage monthly tax filings for North American operations and prepare weekly financial reports for external stakeholders.
• Identify financial trends and provide critical insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects that help drive the business forward.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• CPA designation (completed or in progress), or relevant post-secondary education in business, commerce, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Microsoft Business Dynamics and US tax filing experience are assets.
