Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the enhancement and ongoing development of their Salesforce platform. This individual will play a key role in delivering scalable, user-focused solutions while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, with exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud being highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Enhance and support Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and digital experiences (preferred).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop custom integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Support deployment activities through Salesforce DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience developing with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations, Flows and declarative automation.
• Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud is considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
