Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Program Coordinator to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports the end-to-end registration process, ensuring accurate application review, efficient inquiry handling, and smooth workflow coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who manages priorities effectively and performs well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries and guide applicants on requirements and status.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflows.
• Track high volumes of applications and maintain organized records.
• Address concerns professionally, using conflict resolution skills.
• Provide support and guidance throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality and program goals.
• Use Aptify/CRM systems to manage data and workflows.
• Schedule meetings and support administrative coordination.
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field with 5+ years in administrative coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication (fluent in English).
• Able to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and professional problem-solving.
• Experience with Aptify or similar software is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills managing high volumes of work.
