Our client is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports full-cycle recruitment activities across a variety of business functions, helping to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized recruitment professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. They are adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while partnering effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant, field, engineering, sales, and corporate roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including references, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and high-volume hiring needs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives.
• Provide recruitment administration, reporting, and process support to keep hiring on track.

• 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including working with ESL candidates.
• Proficient with recruitment systems and Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to travel to career fairs and hiring events; valid driver’s licence or reliable transportation required.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident representing the organization publicly.
• Strong organizational skills for managing candidate pipelines and documentation.
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment priorities.
