We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This long-term contract position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can manage full-cycle recruitment processes while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and panels to develop effective recruitment strategies and interview questions.

• Conduct pre-screening and reference checks to ensure candidates meet organizational standards.

• Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Provide guidance and advice on hiring practices and staffing solutions to stakeholders.

• Transition onboarding responsibilities to designated personnel for seamless integration of new hires.

• Handle unionized roles with a high level of integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Maintain a balanced workload, managing up to 10 requisitions simultaneously.

• Attend in-person panels and meetings as required.

• Adapt to organizational needs during periods of operational change, such as strikes.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle hiring.

• Strong knowledge of staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and prescreening methods.

• Proficiency in HRIS software, such as UKG, and other online tools.

• Experience conducting reference checks and preparing detailed offer letters.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with unionized environments and related hiring practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
