Our client is looking for a Property Management Associate to support daily operations at a prominent commercial property in Calgary, Alberta on a long-term contract basis. This role partners closely with senior property leadership to oversee operations, tenant relations, financial administration, and vendor coordination while ensuring a high standard of service across the property.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property, ensuring exceptional tenant service.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, assisting with workload coordination and performance.
• Act as a primary contact for tenants, resolving inquiries and coordinating service requests.
• Assist with operating budgets, financial reporting, billing, and property administration.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, capital projects, and service provider performance.
• Monitor building conditions, common areas, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and well-maintained property.
• Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial property management, facilities, or office management.
• Previous experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounts receivable, billing, and financial administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of property management policies, compliance, and health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
