Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the delivery of complex projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality and business objectives are met. The ideal candidate has strong planning, execution, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives across business and technology workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and timelines while monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors across CRM, ERP, and business initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and issues to support successful project delivery.
• Oversee deliverables and quality assurance to ensure business requirements and project standards are met.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear status updates, decisions, risks, and action items to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex organizational environments.
• Proven expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience managing CRM and ERP-related initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and project governance.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, risk management, and process improvement practices.
• Strong ability to align project delivery with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
