We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead complex technology initiatives in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, and keep projects moving from planning through delivery with a strong focus on business outcomes. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide clear project visibility, and help ensure technology solutions are implemented effectively and adopted successfully.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, oversight, and close-out activities.
• Partner with business units, technical teams, and leadership to align project goals, timelines, and expected results.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and status updates to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee third-party vendors by coordinating contracts, deliverables, performance expectations, and implementation activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early, then drive timely resolution to protect delivery commitments.
• Lead stakeholder communications through regular reporting, presentations, and progress reviews with team members and senior leaders.
• Support organizational change by helping teams understand new processes, tools, and project impacts during implementation.
• Encourage a collaborative team environment by clarifying objectives, facilitating discussions, and promoting accountability across participants.
• Contribute to enterprise application initiatives, including complex implementation work and large-scale data migration activities where required.
• Post-secondary diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering IT projects, with a strong background in solution implementation and project coordination.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities or large, complex initiatives within budget, schedule, and resource constraints.
• Hands-on experience with vendor oversight, including contract coordination, commercial discussions, and service delivery management.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and reporting practices, including budget tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Proficiency with project delivery and business systems environments such as Atlassian Jira, CRM platforms, and ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build lasting working relationships.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management designation is considered an asset, as is experience with enterprise application implementations and large-scale data migrations.
