We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to support a Long-term Contract opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario. This position will lead initiatives related to document programs within the insurance casualty environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep work moving forward and aligned with regulatory and business priorities. The successful candidate will bring strong PMO discipline, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly across multiple project streams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead assigned project initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
• Coordinate work across business, marketing, digital, product, and technology stakeholders to support document-related programs and branding updates.
• Establish project governance practices, maintain status reporting, and provide clear communication on risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Work closely with business analysts, product leadership, template specialists, and development teams to align project outcomes with operational needs.
• Support multiple concurrent mandates as required, adjusting priorities and plans in response to evolving business demands.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical squads to ensure implementation activities are organized and completed effectively.
• Monitor project budgets, planning activities, quality checkpoints, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute PMO structure and best practices that strengthen coordination, accountability, and execution across ongoing initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or PMO-focused roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Proven experience managing project plans, status updates, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong adaptability with the ability to learn new business domains and manage changing priorities effectively.
• Hands-on experience with project delivery tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Familiarity with IT project management practices, including planning, QA coordination, and implementation oversight.
• Knowledge of budget tracking, strategic planning, and enterprise environments involving CRM, ERP, or cloud-based platforms.
• Insurance industry experience or exposure to digital marketing-related projects is considered an asset.
