We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - IT Compliance to support complex technology and governance initiatives within a leading organization in the agriculture sector. Based in Calgary, Alberta, this Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can guide cross-functional teams, maintain strong project controls, and keep stakeholders aligned from planning through completion. The role focuses on delivering IT compliance-related projects with a high standard of organization, communication, and accountability.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with sponsors and key decision-makers to establish project objectives, priorities, scope, and measurable outcomes for assigned initiatives.
• Create detailed project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans, while monitoring milestones and adjusting activities to keep delivery on track.
• Prepare budget estimates, manage project spending, and support sound financial oversight throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Provide clear and timely updates to team members, leaders, and steering committees through reports, presentations, and regular status discussions.
• Identify project risks, assess the impact of scope changes, and implement mitigation or contingency strategies to reduce delivery issues.
• Coordinate collaboration across business and technical teams to encourage solution adoption and maintain momentum on compliance-focused initiatives.
• Build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other contributors essential to project success.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned reviews and final reporting, to strengthen future project execution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives from kickoff to completion.
• Recognized project management certification, supported by practical experience applying formal project delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Demonstrated background in IT governance, identity and access management, cybersecurity, risk management, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Advanced proficiency with productivity tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Working knowledge of financial processes or accounting concepts, gained through education or hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms such as Oracle, SailPoint, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and CyberArk.
