We're looking for more than a project manager. We're seeking a trusted partner who can build strong client relationships, lead teams effectively, and deliver exceptional project outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and believes that successful projects are built through communication, accountability, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of construction projects from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative, team-first culture.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement activities, and project reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings while providing regular updates to clients and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the organization's growth and reputation.

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction delivery.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A client-centered approach with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success above individual achievement.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• PMP, P.Eng., Gold Seal, or related designations are considered assets.
