We are looking for a Project Manager - Compensation Analysis to support a high-profile compensation initiative in Toronto, Ontario. This Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong consulting discipline, confident meeting leadership, and the ability to keep complex, cross-functional workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with partners across HR, Engineering, Operations, and compensation teams to gather requirements, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Work model: 2-3 days onsite, downtown Toronto.

Contract length: 6-mon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines milestones, dependencies, timelines, and key deliverables.

• Organize and facilitate recurring meetings, set clear agendas, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to address issues, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across project activities.

• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements through discussions with internal teams and subject matter experts.

• Prepare project documentation such as status updates, decision records, process maps, and progress reports for stakeholder review.

• Monitor execution against established plans, identify risks early, and drive mitigation strategies to support timely delivery.

• Partner with teams across HR, Compensation, Engineering, and Operations to promote alignment and support effective collaboration.

• Contribute to testing, readiness planning, and change-related activities as needed to support implementation success.

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within a SaaS or similarly fast-moving business environment.
• Background in management consulting with a major consulting firm or Big Four organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, communicate clearly, and present information effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end compensation processes and related operational considerations.
• Proven success managing projects that involve collaboration across multiple teams and business functions.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Jira, CRM systems, ERP environments, and the Salesforce platform is considered an asset.
