We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, AI Business Enablement to support strategic AI and data initiatives for a leading organization in the agriculture sector. Based in Calgary, Alberta, this Long-term Contract opportunity will guide complex projects from planning through delivery while coordinating business, technology, and leadership stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong structure, clear communication, and sound judgement to keep priorities aligned, risks managed, and outcomes measurable.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI business enablement projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives remain aligned with broader modernization goals.
• Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical activities required for successful execution.
• Coordinate across business units, technical teams, data leaders, external advisors, and program stakeholders to keep workstreams connected and moving forward.
• Monitor project progress closely, identify emerging risks or scheduling pressures, and drive practical resolution plans to minimize delivery impacts.
• Run governance routines for the workstream, prepare clear updates for leadership forums, and support informed decision-making at the executive level.
• Produce concise status reporting that highlights achievements, upcoming priorities, financial considerations, key issues, and dependency management needs.
• Maintain accurate project records, planning materials, and documentation in line with established project management standards.
• Support senior leaders and sponsors by preparing presentations, summaries, and materials for steering discussions and executive reviews.
• Contribute to related modernization priorities as needed, including initiatives with cross-functional operational, data, or technology dependencies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders, interdependent timelines, and executive visibility.
• Strong background in project planning, governance, reporting, and budget tracking within complex organizational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business teams, technology groups, consulting partners, and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex priorities into clear action plans and updates.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including risk assessment, dependency management, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives related to AI, data, or technology transformation is strongly preferred.
• Confident leadership style with the ability to build alignment, maintain momentum, and influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
