Title: Project Manager, Supply Chain

Location: Burlington, ON

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Duration: 12 month contract (potential for extension)

Pay: $110k to $130k (per annum)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Manager, Supply Chain to support a fast-paced, cross-functional environment within retail, food service, grocery, restaurant, consumer packaged goods, or distribution-driven operations. This individual will manage a portfolio of projects tied to product launches, promotional initiatives, operational changes, and issue resolution, while helping ensure smooth execution across procurement, distribution, logistics, suppliers, and internal business partners.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace and complexity of high-volume, customer-facing supply chain environments and can influence stakeholders across multiple functions to keep projects moving forward. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison across teams, balancing execution, communication, risk management, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project workflows using established tools, processes, and governance standards.
• Manage cross-functional supply chain initiatives related to product launches, limited-time or seasonal offerings, promotional programs, packaging or material changes, and operational issues.
• Partner with procurement, logistics, distribution, suppliers, marketing, product development, and operations teams to support successful execution of business initiatives.
• Anticipate project risks, identify delivery challenges, and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the lifecycle management of promotional or limited-duration SKUs, including item setup, pricing coordination, supplier communication, and supply readiness.
• Monitor project status and communicate updates, risks, timelines, and milestones to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Help ensure the right supply, materials, and partners are in place to support launches and ongoing operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or operations within retail, restaurant, grocery, food service, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, distribution, or other high-volume multi-site environments.
• Strong experience supporting product launches, promotional programs, seasonal rollouts, or SKU introductions.
• Exposure to demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, distribution, logistics, and procurement coordination.
• Proven ability to work across functions and build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-change environment.
• Strong communication skills, including written updates, presentations, and stakeholder reporting.
• Comfortable operating with urgency, ambiguity, and lean team structures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
