- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
- Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
- Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- Feed and unload processing machines
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Slice cooked meats
- Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
- Prepare raw materials for mixing process
- Place weighed materials in mixing machines
- Package products
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
- Check products for quality control
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Pack, weigh and stack bound and finished products on pallet for shipment
- Read and interpret work orders
- Check products and packaging for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards and perform corrective machine adjustments as required
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations

Salary: $18.50 to $21.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
