Our client Xerox is looking for a Print Operator (Copy Centre Representative)
Length: 12-month contract with the potential for extension and permanent placement based on performance.
Location: Toronto, ON
Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22 / hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Job intake through email, phone or in person
• Multitask with Colour, B&W print and finishing equipment (Xerox machines)
• Schedule print work to meet deadlines and able to change as required
• Maintain equipment in working condition: call for service, replace toner and other consumables
• Keep an organized and tidy print shop
• Communicate with customers if there are issues with jobs
• Knowledge of print in order to make suggestions on best way to produce items for customers
• Tracking information on print work as required

SKILLS:
• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of digital print - Black & White & Color. Minimum 6 months of mailroom experience utilizing Canada Post Mail machine, Purolator/FedEx Eship applications
• Must be computer literal, excellent customer satisfaction skills and high attention to detail and instructions. Must be able to work in a high paced environment and multitask.
• Candidate maybe required to backfill at another location due to vacation in the downtown core area
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Experience in customer facing role / customer service role (2-3 years experience)
