Our Richmond client is looking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for their team. Reporting in to the Director of HR and taking direction from the Payroll and Benefits Manager, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration for roughly 200 employees in a unionized environment, most of whom are located in BC. There will likely be an opportunity to be cross trained in others areas, including, possibly US payroll and benefits.
The ideal Payroll and Benefits Administrator will have their PCP and have 3 years of hands payroll AND benefits administration experience. Unionized experienced is requisite for this role. This position is full time in office and requires someone with a car due to their location. Beyond experience with payroll software, strong Excel skills are required as well.
