Job Title: Part-Time ADP WFM Consultant

Location: Remote, Ontario

Duration: Part-time, 6 months

Type: Part-time contract, approximately 10–15 hours per week

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a part-time HRIS consultant with strong ADP Workforce Manager (WFM) experience to support a WFM implementation. This individual will act as a functional/technical bridge between the client and ADP, helping interpret documentation, clarify system requirements, and support business structure and workflow analysis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on WFM implementation experience who understands time and attendance, scheduling, union environments, and collective agreement impacts on system setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ADP Workforce Manager (WFM)
• Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and ADP
• Interpret ADP documentation, spreadsheets, and implementation requirements
• Assist with business structure analysis, workflow review, and setup alignment
• Support configuration considerations related to time and attendance, demand forecasting, and scheduling
• Help identify gaps, resolve confusion, and keep implementation activities moving forward
• Provide guidance on union-related setup considerations tied to collective agreements
• Partner with the internal project lead on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Manager (WFM) is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, ideally in time and attendance or scheduling modules
• Strong understanding of unionized environments and collective agreements
• Experience with workforce scheduling in complex operational settings preferred
• Ability to translate technical documentation into practical business requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work between vendor and client stakeholders
• Equivalent combination of HRIS, implementation, and functional systems experience will be considered
