Overview

Our Edmonton-based client is seeking a Network Support Analyst to support a high-demand onsite environment. This role is primarily focused on network troubleshooting and support, with additional responsibility for end-user and workstation support.

Note: This role will be based in the client’s primary office but will require travel to various building locations within the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support network connectivity issues across wired and wireless environments
• Maintain and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and access points
• Work within Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti environments to diagnose and resolve network-related issues
• Monitor network performance and respond to outages or service disruptions
• Provide escalation-level support for more complex connectivity issues
• Provide day-to-day support for end-user workstations (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
• Manage and resolve tickets via phone, email, and in-person support within a Microsoft 365 environment
• Support M365 applications including Outlook and Teams
• Image, configure, and deploy end-user devices
• Support onboarding/offboarding and general IT support tasks

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with a strong mix of network support and desktop support
• Hands-on experience supporting Cisco Meraki and/or Ubiquiti environments
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Proven experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues in an enterprise environment
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and end-user environments
• Strong experience with device imaging and hardware support
• CCNA or equivalent
• Experience supporting multi-site or distributed environments
